Outfit Post: Cool Spring Days

We had a cool wet spell most of last week, which made being back in NYC even harder. As a New Yorker I knew that at the end of winter, not to put away my lighter weight sweaters as there will be days that will be on the cooler side. On these days, there's nothing like a mini skirt and a soft light sweater.
