Zac Posen for Target
Tonight, at 11pm, is the opening of the pop-up store for Zac Posen's Target line. It will only be open for 24 hours, closes tomorrow at 11pm. Also if you read the dailycandy.com you can recieve a $50 gift card and entry to the live performance VIP preparty just be one of the first 35 to email zptargetlovesdailycandy@gmail.com by 2pm today!

Zac Posen for Target
Want first dibs on the Zac Posen for Target? Target will once again open a pop-up shop for Zac Posen on April 15th in New York City. It will only be a 24 hour pop-up shop over night they will have a D.J. spinning and the girl band the Like playing. Zac Posen's Target line will not hit stores until April 25th.

I'm really digging the Zac Posen collection. Everything seems to be within the $20-$40 range. Which isn't bad for a designer name. If you want to view the whole collection you can go here.
I'm loving all the designers that Target is getting. Such a great idea. Would love if they some how got Marc Jacobs to do a line that would be amazing. Any designers you would like to see do a Target line?

Alice in Wonderland
The Pittsburg Post Gazette put out a wonderful article about how fashion designers are designing for the 'Alice in the Real World.' Funny because the article is called Designing for 'Alice in the Real Wold'. I couldn't help but notice all the Alice in Wonderland clothing that is out now. Urban Outfitters has a whole section of tee shirts and pocket watches dedicated to Alice in Wonderland. Tarina Taratino also has a jelwery section dedicated to Alice. Other desginers have also taken part in the Alice craze. I looked up Zac Posen Pre-Fall 2010 collection which has an Alice theme to it.
I can't help but say that I think this is great. I loved Alice in Wonderland when I was a kid, didn't get all the different induandos then though. It's a trippy movie but it is full of fantasy. I can not wait to see Tim Burton's master piece.
