Steep vs Cheap: Dolce & Gabbana vs ALDO
More shoes? I'm sorry but I can't get enough of shoes...and handbags. Just ask my boyfriend! Either way this season is full of GREAT trends for shoes! Including Dolce and Gabbana's star trend which they carried to their shoes. Thanks to stores like ALDO for being able to bring these trends to the people. I love me some Dolce and Gabbana but these 110MM Stars Inserts Leather Pumps cost $845 from Louisaviaroma.com! For me and a lot of other woman these shoes are total lust worthy and that's all. ALDO, of course, stepped in to give us a more affordable take on them. They created the Hafen which is made of leather, silver stars, and is only $100. That is $745 difference!!

What girl doesn't love these glitter suede heels from Miu Miu? They are the perfect little pizzaz for this fall. You can girlie them up with a little dress or tough them up with a leather jacket. But for this little pizzaz comes a steep price tag, a pair of these Miu Miu shoes at retailers like Neiman Marcus and Net-A-Porter will cost you $890. Many of us don't have that type of cash just laying around so lucky for us Steve Madden came out with a pair of shoes that is very compareable in style- the Steve Madden HASST shoe. Made of glitter and suede just like Miu Miu, but unlike Miu Miu these Steve Madden's will only will only cost you $169. That's a $721 price difference! And that's what I call a STEAL!

I'm getting more and more excited for Memorial Day Weekend. I planned a trip to Lake George for my boyfriend and I (it's his graduation present from me). I have a bunch of bikinis two I already know I plan on taking with me. One is my newly bought H&M bathing suit:
The bottom is the same color as the top. And the other bathing suit is an older black and white hawaiian print bathing suit (halter top and just a regular bikini bottom). But lately I've been obessed with wanting to buy a sexy one piece. I fell in love with Victoria Secrets one piece. I think it's super sexy but $110 for a bathing suit is a lot of money. I do like the American Apparel mostly because of it's price. I've been looking online for cheaper one pieces more like the Victoria Secrets bathing suit. I even went to the VS down on 34th street and couldn't even find it in stores. I thought maybe if I were to have seen it and tried it on I would have either hated or at least get a better understanding to as of why this bathing suit cost so much. Now I'm playing with the idea of getting the American Apparel swimsuit. Either way I will have to try it on.
