On a beautiful spring evening I strolled by Central Park making my way over to the Essex House to view Anne Bowen's Fall 2015 Bridal Collection. This is only the second Bridal Collection I have covered on the blog and it seriously couldn't be more fitting seeing it now through a bride-to-be's eyes. Sure I can see it as a fashionista, but it's interesting to take it all in as a woman who is getting married. I love drama on a dress whether it's bead working or the train. It's what being a bride to me is all about. It's about that amazing WOW factor and Anne Bowen's collection was not short of that.

Anne Bowen's collection has a bit of something for all types of brides, from the classic bride to the sexy bride to the non-traditional bride.I love seeing short dresses within a collection since there are so many different types of brides now and days. This gives woman options then having your usual wedding gown. Also these dresses are not only made perfect for the non-traditional bride but great for a reception dress (if it's in your budget) or a rehearsal dinner dress. Just a nice little added option to have.

My two favorite dresses in Bowen's collection was the mermaid style dress with the bountiful tulle bottom and the a-line off the shoulder beaded dress. I found it pretty funny that I loved the mermaid style dress, as I am not the mermaid style type of gal, but there was something about the tulle that i couldn't get over. It wasn't just the typical mermaid bottom that I have seen done over and over again, it's done in more of a dreamlike fashion. The a-line off the shoulder dress to me was the perfect princess dress. It's one that can be worn in a traditional and non-traditional sense.

To be honest looking at these dresses made me really excited about seeing my dress again (only 15 more days till my 1st fitting! I haven't seen it since I bought it in August). I can't wait to share with you all the dress I decided on, along with the fun and short journey it took finding it!

What do you think of Anne Bowen's Fall 2015 Bridal Collection? Can you see yourself saying Yes to any of these dresses?
