When it comes to workout clothes I like to have variety, as I do lots of different workouts from high to low impact training. For my everyday workouts, which are high intensity training, I would never just wear a sports bra or cropped top- as for me that is something I would never feel comfortable wearing at the gym. For my high impact days I stick to the usual compression pants (or shorts) and a tank top. But when it comes to yoga (especially hot yoga) it's a different story. In this studio space I feel more comfortable wearing just a light impact bra (like this one from Good Hyouman) and compression pants. Plus, when I'm in a room that is cranked up to 90 degrees I don't want a shirt or anything else sticking to me. That's why lately I've been collecting a  lot of to-and-from the studio space clothing, like this vest from Beyonce's line Ivy Park. This collection actually has a lot of great to-and-from pieces. I even bought this cropped top, though I haven't worn it yet but thought would be great for not only the studio but for an athelisure look as well. I like pieces that are street ready with an athelisure look to.

Do you have different work out clothes for different style workouts?

Here are some other Ivy Park items I have been eyeing up as well:
