Friend Friday: Spring Trend

Spring is here...well okay technically spring is here but weather wise it's been looking pretty wet. I'm just hoping that all these spring showers will bring me some May flowers since I already have some really great spring trends lined up waiting to be worn.
Here are my Top 5 SPRING TRENDS!
1. Color Blocking

I have the perfect silk blue pants from Kensie waiting to be paired up with more awesome brights. I have a very hot pink top that would go perfect but I'm just waiting for the weather to match the mood of this outfit which is good since it gives me time to find the perfect shoes to pair with this outfit.
2. Boho Chic

I'm totally in love with the boho look. Feathers, maxi dress/skirts, wide leg trousers, fringes...what more could you ask for? Boho to me is effortlessly chic and it has everything I love.
3. Floral Prints

Florals for Spring

I just LOVED Erdem and D&G's spring 2011 collection. Floral print galore! Nothing says spring to me more then floral prints. I like how floral prints can go with any occasion, picnics, weddings, work, etc.. There is nothing more elengant then a maxi floral dress, like the Erdem maxi dress (2nd to the right). Also floral prints are something that will ALWAYS be in season for the spring. I have an American Eagle floral spring dress that I've had for years now and ever spring I break it out. It's one of my key spring pieces.

4. Pastels

pastels

Pastels, nudes, and blush tones are such a soft and delicate color for the spring. They are perfect for the season because they are light and airy. If I could afford the Chloe dress, Miu Miu purse, and the Jil Sander's floral skirt these would be my spring esstenials but instead I'll just wear whatever knocks offs H&M stores a like produce.

5. Coral & Berry Beauty Products

Coral & Berry

I'm in love with the coral and berry beauty products like lipsticks, gloss, and nail polish. I now have a couple of berry and coral lipstick from Revlon. I also have a coral nail polish from Wet 'n Wild that I love.

What are your top trends for the spring?
