Urbanite S'more

This past weekend the boyfriend and I hosted an After Halloween Halloween Party mostly because we didn't get to celebrate Halloween last weekend so we figured we'd invite a few of our closest friends and make some yummy snacks....One being my urbanite version of the s'more! Because really living in apartment you don't get to do a lot of things like roast marshmallows or make s'mores. Anyway these babies are so easy to make and it's all the same ingredients that you would need for actual s'mores!

What you need:
- Jumbo Marshmallows
- Hersey chocolate bars (I like the King size ones)
- Graham crackers
- a pot
- Glass bowl that will sit on top of your pot
- cookie sheet
- bowl
- wax paper.
- Food processor OR a potato masher :)

Step 1. Grab a cookie sheet and lay over some wax paper over it. This will be your cooling rack and can go right in the fridge when you're done.

Step 2. Smash up some graham crackers. There's two way to go about this the easiest is if you have a food processor to just ground up so graham crackers but if you're like me a bowl and a potato masher will do. Grab a bowl and a couple of crackers. Put the crackers in the bowl and take your potato mashers and rock back and forth crunching up your crackers. They should be almost like a powder crust or small chunks.

Step 3. Boil water in a pot. Once your water is boiling set a bowl that is big enough to sit on top of the pot. Put your chocolate in the bowl so that it will start melting. Once your chocolate starts to melt you can take a spoon and stir it. This will help from getting chunk.

Step 4. This is the fun part! Once your chocolate is melted take your jumbo marshmallows and dip the bottom half in the chocolate then dip them in the graham cracker and set them on the cookie sheet!

Step 5. Once you have all your marshmallows done stick them in the fridge so that the chocolate hardens up and that the graham crackers really stick on there.

For a little something extra if you want to add a bit of flare put a lit tooth pick in them so that they look like skewers!

Nothing says Halloween like a table full of treats!!!

And now I leave you with a picture of my boyfriend (dressed up like Duffman from the Simpson) and I
