I've been trying to update my wardrobe with more "grown-up" pieces, especially those that are my work appropriate. I'm a young professional but don't want to lose my fashionable fun edge that I have. I am lucky enough that I don't have to wear a 3 piece suit to work and can play dress up with a pair of jeans. A pair of dark wash denim jeans is every working gals best friend. These are the preferred casual Friday denim, plus make you look slim. They are easy to dress up and go with everything from a light top to prints. The chambray oxford top is icon. It's preppy. And I love the idea of playing up the preppiness for a work day look. Adding a blazer to almost any and every look instantly adds a bit of sophistication to a look.
